Our most popular pizza catering option is our All You Can Eat deal for $33 (including GST) per head with a requirement of at least 30 people.

We are based in Cambooya - just outside Toowoomba. We prefer to cater for parties and events on the Darling Downs including all the little towns in and around Toowoomba. However, we are happy to travel to Warwick and Stanthorpe too. 

If you are outside our area, we may be able to assist you. Please call and we can provide a quote.

When you opt for the All You Can Eat option, we cook until your guests have stopped eating. As a guide this is generally 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on the size of the crowd. You can choose up to 5 different toppings of your choice. These are the toppings (but happy to discuss any particular toppings you prefer):

We provide napkins & paper plates, along with bifold tables and black tablecloths with pizza boards for the pizzas to sit on.

As a point of difference from other wood-fired caters, Rachel also assists in waitressing and serving out the pizzas/offering them to guests if required - when usually this service would be an extra cost. For functions over 80 people, generally we will have another professional staff member to help wait food around.

Yes - in order to confirm your requested date, a $250 deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.

We will refund your full deposit if you cancel outside 30 days prior to your function date. However, if you cancel within 30 days, please understand that we are unable to refund your deposit as we have most likely  had to refuse other bookings for the same date.

We provide all you need to create an appetizing feast to you. However there are a couple of things we need for you.

• A large flat level area that we can get our vehicle and wood fired pizza trailer in and out ok (minimum 2 meters wide). On most occasions we set up a small 3.6m x 3.6 m square marquee, for lighting - so will also need space for that.
• To confirm your date you pay a $250 deposit and then let us know your final numbers and your 5 selected topping choices at least 5 days before the event. Final payment can be made on the day with cash or the day before with direct deposit. 

Yes we do have gluten free bases available. However, if anyone has a severe reaction to gluten, this may not be suitable for them. We can not guarantee that there will be no cross contamination, especially since all the pizzas are cooked in the same two ovens. If we are hosting a private event function, we generally cook the gluten free pizzas first.

We do also have dairy free cheese available too. When you book the All You Can Eat option, there is no extra costs for these GF or dairy free options.
